Vice President of Sales
Steven Engelmann grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he quickly learned, as a child, that he was destined to be an entrepreneur. He was always looking for ways to help others and was unafraid to set goals and work hard to achieve them. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the prestigious Business College at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Steven began his professional sales career. Over the past 15 years, he worked for Waste Management and Republic Services, both multi-million dollar organizations. During his tenure with these companies he managed sales and customer service teams of 125+ people and built successful sales programs throughout the Midwest and the Southeast, from Tennessee to Florida.
Steven believes that “destiny found its way” when he met Corey Jones, CEO of Diamond Restoration and learned they both shared similar morals, goals, aspirations and the desire to give back. As he expresses, “the decision to join Diamond Restoration has given me an opportunity to finally fulfill my childhood dreams. I have no doubt in my mind that this is what I was meant to be doing. The programs we have developed will change the way the world values clean. We can save lives, lower costs, create jobs, develop employees and give back to the community. You can’t ask for much more than that!”
